Keep Smiley : The new hound in town

Yesterday I had a chance to visit the new shop of the Greyhound family, SMILEYHOUND flagship store at Siam Center 3rd floor. The first impression was the decoration itself, the wooden interior, furnitures and entrance box me feel like walking in a container that had been put in a shopping mall. It was pretty eye-catching.

Most of the garments are unisex casualwear and essentials like basic shirts, T-shirts, jerseys, and jackets in a range of colours from cobalt blue to emerald green (Yes, please.) The thing that I notice is that the Smileyhound line looks more sporty, adding items like hoodies, jersey vests, and sweatshirts to its line. As a result, it looks more refreshing and youthful, and could be more related into today’s urban life.

By the purchase of 5,000 THB, you can get this super cute SMILEY SOCKS as a gift from them. These socks remind me somehow of Thai boxing (and tennis.) It would be super cool to wear with white sneakers for an active, sporty sense.

Me wearing Smileyhound grey sweatshirt and an oversized white denim jacket, with adidas superstar slip-on. There is no problem with wearing menswear when you could always match them with a miniskirt or sleek bottoms and sneakers for a cool, laid back look. I have always been encouraging women to wear more menswear because it gives them more space between the garments and body and therefore, more freedom. Also, it can be mixed and matched more with other garments and still looks good.
You can check out and visit Smileyhound flagship store at Siam Center 3rd Fl. everyday from 10.00-20.00 🙂
